I stepped into the gym and onto the treadmill exactly after 2 years. It was a slow walk for 30 mins but for me it felt like a full marathon. For someone who didn’t know if they could ever walk again in life just a few months back, yoga with Mel has completely changed my life. It’s true how one person can create hope when 6 doctors, 3 hospitals and more than 180 physio therapy sessions couldn’t do anything. While I still have a very long road to recovery and pain free living for now it’s just a big ‘Thank you Mel’!

About Me: With a decade of teaching experience, I am not just a yoga instructor; I am a Pre and Postnatal Core Exercise Specialist (PCES) and a certified mobility specialist (FRCms). My unique training system comprehensively assesses all joints in the body to identify areas needing more mobility and strengthening. Breathing improvement is a cornerstone of my practice, as I firmly believe that enhanced breathing is a cure-all for aches and pains, positively impacting both personal and professional life.
My Mission: I am obsessed with guiding people through their unique journeys—whether overcoming aches, pains, or injuries, or simply enhancing their understanding of movement and postures. Each class is meticulously tailored to the individual, recognizing that every body is distinct.
